Littelfuse SC1333 8pF 30kV Bidirectional Discrete TVS Diode offers high electrostatic discharge (ESD) protection for electronic equipment. The back-to-back diodes are fabricated using proprietary silicon avalanche technology, providing symmetrical ESD protection for data lines. The SC1333 TVS can safely absorb repetitive ESD strikes at the maximum level specified in the IEC 61000-4-2 international standard (Level 4, ±8kV contact discharge) without performance degradation.
