Littelfuse QVx35xHx High-Temperature Alternistor TRIACs
Littelfuse QVx35xHx High-Temperature Alternistor TRIACs offer a 35A rated current and are available in TO-220AB, TO-220 isolated, and TO-263 packages. These TRIACs enable easier thermal management and higher surge handling capability in AC power control applications. QVx35xHx TRIACs offer an 800V voltage rating, 400A surge capability, 3Q technology for high commutation, and a maximum temperature rating of +150°C. Littelfuse QVx35xHx TRIACs are suitable for heater control, motor speed control, lighting controls, and static switching relays.
