Littelfuse 8.0SMDJ TVS Diodes are designed specifically to protect sensitive electronic equipment from voltage transients induced by lightning and other transient voltage events. The low-profile package optimizes board space and is ideal for surface-mounted applications. These Littelfuse TVS components are ideal for the protection of I/O Interfaces, VCC bus, and other vulnerable circuits. Typical applications for Littelfuse 8.0SMDJ Series TVS Diodes include telecom, computers, industrial, and consumer electronics.

  • Halogen-free and RoHS compliant
  • Lead-free E3 means 2nd level interconnect is lead free and terminal finish material is tin(Sn) (IPC/JEDEC J-STD-609A.01)
