Lattice Semiconductor iCE40 UltraLite™ Breakout Board
Lattice iCE40 UltraLite™ Breakout Board enables the broadest capability for development and comes in a 36-ball WLCSP package. This board is powered and programmed via a Mini-B USB cable and is designed to evaluate the iCE40 UltraLite FPGAs. The Lattice iCE40 board has a single 12MHz-clock source that drives the FTDI-USB interface and iCE40UL1K devices. The iCE49 board can use diamond programmer software to reprogram the onboard SPI Flash with user-customized code. This breakout board kit includes an iCE40 breakout board, a pre-loaded demo to control the onboard RGB LED, and a Mini-B USB cable.Features
