KUNBUS RevPi Expansion Modules

KUNBUS RevPi Expansion Modules extend the RevPi base modules and include digital and analog IO modules as well as fieldbus gateways. Utilizing these expansion modules from KUNBUS ensures that engineers can meet specific requirements and needs for almost any application.

RevPi Analog IO (AIO) Module
Features four analog inputs for connecting analog sensors, such as a level or proximity sensor. By utilizing the RevPi AIO, the Revolution Pi system is expanded by four analog inputs, two analog outputs, and two RTD channels.

RevPi Connect Modules
These modules feature PiBridge technology and a ConBridge connector that allows special RevPi Con expansion modules to be connected to the right side of the base module. The ConBridge technology supplies power and data transfer to these modules, unlike the usual expansion modules connected via the PiBridge.

Digital IO Modules
Can be connected to the base module Revolution Pi (RevPi) core, turning the RevPi system into an industrial control unit. These modules feature a 28-pin IO connector at the front and include three versions: a standard version with 14 digital inputs and 14 digital outputs, a special version with 16 digital inputs and no outputs, and another special version with no inputs and 16 digital outputs.

RevPi Gateways
Integrates Revolution Pi systems into a fieldbus or industrial Ethernet network. These gateways are connected to the base module RevPi Core via the overhead PiBridge connector, allowing up to two gateway modules to be used per system.

RevPi Analog and Digital IO Module
Adds eight analog inputs, eight analog outputs, and four digital channels to the Revolution Pi system. The digital channels can be individually configured via software either as digital outputs or digital inputs.

Revolution Pi Relay Output Module
Controls and switches electrical circuits and is equipped with four potential-free normally open (NO) relays. The NO relays each have a maximum switching capacity of 5A at 230VAC or 30VDC, allowing the relay to be used in applications with a wide range of requirements.
