KEMET Commercial GoldMax 300 X7R Leaded ≤250V MLCCs

KEMET Commercial GoldMax 300 X7R Leaded ≤250V MLCCs are a Class II family of ceramic capacitors, conformally coated in a radial leaded form factor. These X7R dielectrics feature a +125°C maximum operating temperature and exhibit a predictable change in capacitance concerning time and voltage. The GoldMax 300 series capacitors are available with 0.100", 0.200", 0.250", and 0.400" lead spacing options while meeting UL 94V–0 flammability standards. With capacitances offered from 100pF to 10µF and a 25VDC to 250VDC voltage range, these fixed KEMET MLCCs are ideal for decoupling, bypassing, and transient voltage suppression. Capacitance change is limited to +22%, −56% from +10°C to +85°C. 

These X7R dielectrics are not recommended for use in overmold applications and/or processes.
