IXYS N4240EA480 & N4240EA520 Phase Control Thyristors
IXYS N4240EA480 and N4240EA520 Phase Control Thyristors are 4240A current, 4800V or 5200V thyristors that operate over a -40°C to +125°C temperature range. IXYS N4240EA480 and N4240EA520 Phase Control Thyristors feature 5V peak reverse gate voltage, 4W mean forward gate power, and 50W peak forward gate power. These thyristors also provide 0.25V non-trigger gate voltage and 7515A DC on-state current.
