IXYS Integrated Circuits CPC1907B Single-Pole Power SOIC OptoMOS Relay

IXYS Integrated Circuits CPC1907B Single-Pole Power SOIC OptoMOS Relay is a single-pole, normally open (1-Form-A) solid state relay that utilizes optically coupled MOSFET technology to produce 5000Vrms of input to output isolation. Switching is controlled by a photovoltaic die using the patented OptoMOS architecture. Activation of the output is controlled by a GaAlAs infrared LED. The coupling of low on-resistance and high load current handling capabilities makes the IXYS Integrated Circuits CPC1907B Single-Pole Power SOIC OptoMOS Relay suitable for a variety of high-performance switching applications.
