IXYS Integrated Circuits CPC1343G OptoMOS® Solid State Relays

IXYS Integrated Circuits CPC1343G OptoMOS® Solid State Relays use discrete semiconductor components and the OptoMOS® architecture to deliver fast, reliable, bounce-free switching in a compact design. These bidirectional, normally open relays offer a 60V blocking voltage and support a continuous load current of up to 900mA. The CPC1343G relays feature an ultra-low on-resistance of 0.8Ω, ensuring efficient power handling and minimal heat dissipation. These relays provide 5000VRMS isolation between input and output, enhancing safety in sensitive systems. The CPC1343G solid state relays offer fast switching times of 4ms turn-on and 1ms turn-off, while requiring a low LED control current of only 3mA. Typical applications include instrumentation, automatic test equipment, utility meters, medical equipment, and industrial controls.
