InterFET IF9030 N-Channel JFET
InterFET IF4500 N-Channel JFET is a low noise, high gain amplifier in a TO-52 package. IF4500 JFETs deliver a continuous forward gate current of 10mA and a continuous power dissipation rating of 300mW. InterFET IF4500 N-Channel JFETs are targeted for low noise, high gain amplifier designs, RoHS compliant, and ideal for low noise, high gain amplifier applications.
