Infineon Technologies BTS3800SL Smart Low Side Power Switch is a single-channel low side power switch with embedded protective functions. This switch is monolithically integrated with an N-channel power MOSFET and additional protection functions. Features include short circuit, ESD, overvoltage, and overload protection as well as thermal shutdown with latch behavior, and logic level input suitable for 5 volt and 3.3 volt. The BTS3800SL Smart Low Side Power Switch is specially designed as a protected relay driver in automotive and industrial applications.
