Infineon Technologies TLE5014 GMR-based Angle Sensors

Infineon Technologies TLE5014 Giant Magneto Resistance (GMR) based Angle Sensors are designed for angular position sensing in automotive applications such as steering angle. These sensors feature integrated magnetic field sensing, EEPROM, 360° angle measurement, and protections from high-voltage, and reverse polarity. Infineon Technologies TLE5014 sensors feature a small angle error of less than 1° across the entire temperature profile and lifetime. These sensors are developed according to ISO26262 ASIL C for the single die and ISO26262 ASIL D for the dual die versions.

These sensors can be adapted to a variety of applications through a programmable EEPROM interface. The products come pre-configured and pre-calibrated as plug-and-play sensors for improved ease of use.

The TLE5014 GMR angle sensors are available in the following variants:

TLE5014C16: Automotive GMR angle sensor with SPC interface

TLE5014P16: Automotive GMR angle sensor with PWM interface

TLE5014S16: Automotive GMR angle sensor with SENT interface
