Infineon Technologies AURIX™ TC38xQP 32-Bit Single-Chip Microcontrollers

Infineon Technologies AURIX™ TC38xQP 32-Bit Single-Chip Microcontrollers (MCUs) are powerful, second-generation MCUs for automotive and industrial applications. The TC38xQP MCUs feature a frequency of 300MHz, up to 10MB of flash, and embedded flash 40nm technology. These MCUs offer increased performance, memory sizes, connectivity, and scalability to address emerging automotive trends and challenges. This family provides a scalable portfolio of safety microcontrol­lers. Regarding performance, Infineon TC38xQP MCUs exhibit four cores running at 300MHz, up to 1.5MBytes embedded RAM, and consume below 2W. Mirrored embedded flash banks accord A/B swap capabilities.
