Infineon Technologies REF-9KW2LBOOST Boost Converter Reference Design is a 2-channel boost converter developed to handle power levels up to 9kW based on the IDS20G65C5 CoolSiC™ Schottky diode and XENSIV™ magnetic current sensor. The reference board features a high switching frequency that reduces size and cost.

The Infineon REF-9KW2LBOOST Boost Converter Reference Design provides all necessary traces for a third channel and includes connectors to enable users to integrate passive components.
