HARTING Han® ORV3 Connectors
HARTING Han® ORV3 Connectors are low-profile devices designed and developed for use on data center power shelves. The connector structure consists of a lower and an upper hood shell that holds the contacts in place once the hood shells snap together. The cable gland provides strain relief and contributes to the overall IP20 design. HARTING Han ORV3 Connectors come with a cap on the contacts and feature a right-angle entry. The connectors operate over a -40°C to +65°C temperature range and withstand a 2.5kV impulse voltage. The Han ORV3 series is ideal for data centers, OCP spec power shelves, and 1U size racks.
The Han ORV3 portfolio strikes a balance between standardization requirements and maximum flexibility. The ORV3 components reduce complexity, enabling high availability in the event of rack-unit failures and low average repair times. The ORV3 30A hood is designed to accommodate a 30A current rating within 1U power shelf applications.
