HARTING Han® High-Temperature Connectors

HARTING Han® High-Temperature Connectors use high-quality materials, including aluminum diecast hoods and housings featuring a highly compressed surface with non-stick properties, allowing the connection to be unmated without the gasket sticking. Temperature-resistant contacts (crimp or screw termination) ensure reliable connections with minimal contact resistance at extreme temperatures, withstanding up to +200°C. The connector can be mated and unmated at extremely high temperatures and can be used directly in machines and facilities that would otherwise require cumbersome and complex construction. Han High-Temperature connectors remain robust and reliable for their entire lifespan.

Hoods and Housings: The aluminum diecast hoods and housings feature a highly compressed surface with excellent non-stick properties. A special non-stick coating on the bulkhead-side seal allows for easy handling without significant sticking.

Inserts: The Han High-Temperature series features very rugged contact inserts, which are really the heart of any connector. The LCP injection-molded insert delivers outstanding temperature resistance coupled with excellent mechanical stability.

Contacts: HARTING temperature-resistant contacts, for either screw or crimp terminations, ensure reliable connections with minimal contact resistance even at extreme temperatures.
