ECS ECOC-2522 SMD CMOS SC-Cut OCXO Oscillators feature a 25.4mm x 22mm footprint ideal for cellular, radar, test/measurement, and IoT applications. Within a 2MHz to 100MHz frequency range and -40°C to 75°C temperature range, these oscillators offer 3.3V and 5.0V selectable supply voltages with a 45/55% maximum duty cycle.
