Broadcom HSMR-C020 Mono-Color Top Mount Chip LED is a Blue LED that comes in the industry-popular 0603 footprint and small package size of 1.6mm x 0.8mm. This LED utilizes efficient and high-performance Indium Gallium Nitrate (InGaN) LED die technology. The HSMR-C020 LED is compatible with IR reflow soldering and operates within the -40°C to 85°C temperature range. This LED is ideal for applications that have space and headroom constraints. Typical applications include status indicators, keypad backlighting, and push button backlighting.
