Bourns SM9127 Gate Driver Power Planar Transformers

Bourns SM9127 Gate Driver Power Planar Transformers have a planar structure, minimizing size while providing high isolation, high efficiency, and good EMI performance. Specifications include a working voltage of up to 850VDC, reinforced insulation, a Hi-Pot isolation voltage of up to 6000VDC, and an extended temperature range of -40°C to +125°C. These transformers are designed for use with the TI Model UCC25800 and MPS Model MPQ18913 for LLC applications, and the Maxim Model MAX25256 for full-bridge applications. Bourn's fully automated manufacturing process ensures high quality for these low-profile transformers with a no-base design structure.
