Bourns PTVS1-0xC-H High Current Power TVS Diodes

Bourns PTVS1-0xC-H High Current Power TVS Diodes are designed to protect DC or PoE-powered systems such as small cell or surveillance cameras. These diodes offer effective ESD protection against high current surges in PoE devices, RRUs, BBUs, and high-power DC bus applications. The PTVS1-0xC-H TVS series operates in a 22V to 86V maximum working voltage range and meets IEC 61000-4-2 Level 4 ESD protection and 1kA (8/20μs) surge capability. These TVS diodes feature low clamping voltage under surge and excellent performance over temperature. Bourns PTVS1-0xC-H TVS diodes are available in a sleek DFN package (8mm x 6mm x 2.5mm). Applications include protection against lightning strikes, remote radio and baseband units, inductive and transient surges, exposed PoE ports, small cell, and high-power DC bus protection.
