Bourns HCT8xEAL High Creepage/Clearance Transformers

Bourns HCT8xEAL High Creepage and High Clearance Transformers deliver 3.3V or 5V input to various output voltages per turn (up to 350mA in various turns ratio configurations). These push-pull, high voltage (HV) isolation transformers come in a compact package designed with overmolding technology using fully insulated wire (FIW) for cost-effectiveness and high efficiency. The reinforced isolation with 8mm minimum clearance/creepage distance provides an elevated degree of isolation from HV hazards. Bourns HCT8xEAL transformers comply with IEC 62368-1 and IEC 61558-1 standards, AEC-Q200 qualifications, and RoHS and REACH requirements. The series is designed for isolation power supplies using Texas Instruments Models SN6501 and SN6505. The HCT8xEAL transformers are ideal for isolation applications in automotive battery management systems (BMS), RS-485, CAN interfaces, digital input modules, and RS-323 isolation.
