Analog Devices / Maxim Integrated MAX14874 Dual Push-Pull Motor Driver

Analog Devices MAX14874 Dual Push-Pull Motor Driver is designed for driving and controlling relays and valves between 4.5V and 36V. This motor driver features a charge-pump-less design for reduced external components and low supply current. The MAX14874 offers shoot-through protection and internal free-wheeling diodes that absorb inductive currents. This dual relay/valve/motor driver provides a simple solution for driving brushed DC motors as well. The Analog Devices MAX14874 is available in a 12-pin TDFN-EP (3mm x 3mm) package and operates within the -40°C to 85°C temperature range. Applications include valve and relay control, motor control, and coffee machines.
