Analog Devices Inc. LTM4620/A Dual or Single DC/DC µModule Regulators

Analog Devices Inc. LTM4620/A Dual 13A or Single 26A DC/DC µModule Regulators' high-efficiency design delivers up to 13A continuous current for each output, only requiring a few input and output capacitors. The LTM4620/A has an onboard temperature diode for device temperature monitoring. A very fast transient response to line and load changes that don't sacrifice stability is enabled through high switching frequency and a current mode architecture. Features include multiphase operation, Burst Mode® operation, output voltage tracking for supply rail sequencing, and frequency synchronization. The µModule regulators have fault protection features that include overvoltage and overcurrent protection.
