Analog Devices Inc. HMC560A GaAs MMIC Double Balanced Mixers
Analog Devices Inc. HMC560A GaAs MMIC Double Balanced Mixers are used as upconverters or downconverters from 22GHz to 38GHz in a small chip area. These mixers require no external component or matching circuitry. The devices provide excellent local oscillator (LO) to radio frequency and LO to intermediate frequency suppression due to optimized balun structures. The mixer operates with LO drive levels above 9dBm.Features
