Analog Devices Inc. EVAL-AD9986 Evaluation Board
Analog Devices Inc. EVAL-AD9986 Evaluation Board provides all of the support circuitry required to operate the AD9986 in various modes and configurations. The AD9986 is a highly integrated device with a 16-bit, 12GSPS maximum sample rate RF DAC core and a 12-bit, 6GSPS rate RF ADC core. The AD9986 offers four transmitter channels and two receiver channels with four transmitters, two receivers (4T2R) configurations. The evaluation board connects to the ADS9-V2EBZ for evaluation with the ACE software. The ADI EVAL-AD9986 Evaluation Board permits ACE software to allow the user to set up the MxFE® in various modes and to capture analog-to-digital converter (ADC) data for analysis. The DPGDownloaderLite software (included in ACE installation) generates and transmits vectors to the digital-to-analog converters (DACs), which can then be sent to a spectrum analyzer for further analysis.
