Analog Devices Inc. ADL8141 Low Noise Amplifiers
Analog Devices Inc. ADL8141 Low Noise Amplifiers are designed for 14GHz to 24GHz operation. The Analog Devices Inc. ADL8141 features a typical gain of 29dB, a noise figure of 1.4dB, and an output third-order intercept (OIP3) of 18dBm. With a typical supply current of 25mA from a 2V supply, adjustments to a supply-referenced resistor connected to the RBIAS pin can enhance OIP3 and output power for 1dB compression (OP1dB). The RF input and output are internally matched and AC-coupled.Features
