Analog Devices Inc. ADL5544 & ADL5545 RF/IF Gain Block Amplifiers

Analog Devices Inc. ADL5544 and ADL5545 RF/IF Gain Block Amplifiers provide broadband operation from 30MHz to 6GHz. ADI ADL5544 provides over 34dBm of OIP3 using only 55mA from a 5V supply. ADL5544 provides a gain of 17dB, which is stable over frequency, temperature, power supply, and from device to device. ADL5545 offers over 36dBm of OIP3 using only 56mA from a 5V supply. ADL5545 provides a gain of 24dB, which is stable over frequency, temperature, power supply, and from device to device. ADL5544 and ADL5545 are easy to implement in a wide variety of applications.
