ams OSRAM Metal Can® PLT3 Green Laser Diode

ams OSRAM Metal Can® PLT3 Green Laser Diode is a single-mode semiconductor laser in a TO38 ICut package. This laser diode offers better beam quality, high modulation bandwidth, and tighter electro-optical tolerances. The PLT3 laser diode features a 520nm typical emission wavelength, 45mA maximum threshold current, and 50mW typical peak output power (Tc = 25°C). This PLT3 green laser diode is an efficient radiation source for Continuous Wave (CW) and pulsed operation. The PLT3 laser diode operates within the -20°C to 60°C temperature range. Typical applications include appliances and tools, entertainment, functional illumination, projection, and outdoor and industrial lighting.
