ABLIC S-19244E00A Voltage Regulator
ABLIC S-19244E00A Voltage Regulator is a positive voltage regulator developed using high-withstand voltage CMOS process technology. This regulator operates at a maximum 10V input voltage and 125° temperature and delivers 1000mA output current. The S-19244E00A regulator includes a built-in ON/OFF circuit that ensures long battery life. This regulator consists of a soft-start function to adjust the output voltage rising time at power-on or when the ON/OFF pin is set to ON. The S-19244E00A regulator is available in an HSOP-8A package. This regulator is AEC-Q100 qualified and halogen-free. The S-19244E00A regulator is used in automotive and home electric appliance applications.
