ABLIC 82B5AAA & 82C5AAA Battery Protection ICs

ABLIC 82B5AAA and 82C5AAA Battery Protection ICs are for lithium-ion rechargeable batteries, including high-accuracy voltage detection circuits and delay circuits. The 82B5AAA and 82C5AAA are suitable for protecting 4-serial or 5-serial cell lithium-ion rechargeable battery packs. This protection includes overcharge, over discharge, and overcurrent.
