Melexis MLX90641 16 x 12 IR Array Sensors

Melexis MLX90641 16 x 12 IR Array Sensors are fully calibrated thermal IR arrays in a 4-lead TO39 package with a digital interface. These array sensors are small, easy to integrate, and contain 192 FIR pixels. Melexis MLX90641 16 x 12 IR array sensors operate at 3.3V supply voltage and are programmable from 0.5Hz to 64Hz frequency range. Applications include microwave ovens, intrusion/movement detection, visual IR thermometers, and automotive air conditioning control system.
