These MOSFETs support increased BVdss, higher N-doping, and decreased Qgd, which reduces charge coupling. These MCC SGT MOSFETs feature improved Figure of Merit (FOM), reducing switching and conduction losses. Typical applications include space-saving and high-efficiency requirement applications.
