Analog Devices / Maxim Integrated MAX14851 6-Channel Digital Isolator

Analog Devices Inc. MAX14851 6-Channel Digital Isolator is designed to provide a compact and low-cost transfer of digital signals between circuits. The MAX14851 isolator offers four unidirectional signal paths with a 50Mbps maximum data rate. It also has two bidirectional open-drain signal paths with a 2Mbps maximum data rate. This digital isolator features short-circuit protection on unidirectional outputs, 200VRMS working isolation voltage, and 600VRMS isolation for 60 seconds. ADI MAX14851 is available in 16-pin Quarter-Size Small-Outline (QSOP) package with 3.9mm x 4.94mm dimensions. Typical applications include industrial control systems, I2C, SPI, SMBus, PMBus™ interfaces, telecommunication systems, battery management, and medical systems.
