Littelfuse T10B Voice-DS1 SIDACtor Protection Thyristors

Littelfuse T10B Voice-DS1 SIDACtor Protection Thyristors are designed to protect baseband equipment such as modems, line cards, CPE, and DSL equipment from damaging overvoltage transients. The components provide a robust and cost-effective through-hole solution that enables equipment to comply with global regulatory standards, and surge capability does not degrade after multiple surge events within limit. The DO-201 packaged thyristors from Littelfuse feature low voltage overshoot, low on-state voltage, high surge current rating, and fail short circuits when surged in excess of ratings. The components are RoHS-compliant.
