Littelfuse PolySwitch High-Temperature SMD Resettable PPTCs

Littelfuse PolySwitch High-Temperature SMD Resettable Polymeric Positive Temperature Coefficients (PPTCs) are miniature-sized, and AEC-Q200 qualified for automotive applications. The high-temperature SMD PPTCs feature matte tin construction with nickel underplating. These resettable PPTCs are overcurrent protection devices for applications where space is a prime concern, and resettable protection is required. The SMD resettable PPTCs are RoHS compliant, and ISO/TS16949 certified.
