IXYS MDMA280UB1600PTED Standard Rectifier Modules come in an E2-Pack package for improved temperature and power cycling. These rectifier modules feature thin wafer technology with 2nd generation Xtreme light Punch Through (X2PT) results in a competitive low collector-emitter saturation voltage (2.1V maximum) and low thermal resistance.
