Infineon Technologies BTS7002-1EPPEB PROFET+2 Evaluation Board

Infineon Technologies BTS7002-1EPPEB PROFET+2 Evaluation Board (PROF2BTS70021EPPEBTOBO1) provides a stand-alone demonstration platform for the BTS7002-1EPP PROFET™+2 Switch. The BTS7002-1EPP is an AEC-Q100 Grade 1 high-side switch with diagnosis and embedded protection. The device features ReverseON for low power dissipation in reverse polarity. The BTS7002-1EPP can replace electromechanical relays, fuses, and discrete circuits. The device is suitable for power distribution and driving glow plugs, heating loads, and DC motors.

The Infineon Technologies BTS7002-1EPPEB PROFET+2 Evaluation Board includes a pre-mounted BTS7002-1EPP in a PG-TSDSO-14 package along with the required circuitry. The Evaluation Board includes test points and banana plug connectors for ease of use. The Evaluation board can drive resistive, capacitive, and/or inductive loads.
