SN74LVC1G38 Single 2-Input NAND Gate

Texas Instruments SN74LVC1G38 Single 2-Input NAND Gate is designed for 1.65V to 5.5V V_CC operation. This NAND buffer gate comes with open-drain output. The Texas Instruments SN74LVC1G38 performs the Boolean function Y = A×B or Y = A+B in positive logic. This device is fully specified for partial-power-down applications using I_off. The I_off circuitry disables the outputs when the device is powered down. This feature inhibits current backflow into the device, which prevents damage to the device. NanoStar™ and NanoFree™ package technology is a significant breakthrough in IC packaging concepts, using the die as the package.
