onsemi AR0132AT CMOS Digital Image Sensor captures images in either high dynamic range modes or linear with a rolling shutter readout. This sensor includes sophisticated camera functions such as windowing, auto exposure control, and single frame and video modes. The AR0132AT digital image sensor is designed for high dynamic range scene performance and low light and is programmable through the two-wire serial interface. This sensor features superior low-light performance, auto black level calibration, context switching, and a temperature sensor. The AR0132AT digital image sensor operates at -40°C to 105°C ambient temperature range and offers >115dB maximum dynamic range. This sensor is used in automotive imaging, high dynamic range imaging, and video surveillance.
