Px0S3N-A Automotive Grade SIDACtor® Thyristors

Littelfuse Px0S3N-A Automotive Grade SIDACtor® Thyristors are AEC-Q101 qualified and feature a compact, surface-mount DO-214AB package. This high surge current series protects AC power lines from overvoltage transients in hostile environments. The thyristors are rated 3000A 8/20μs, enabling equipment compliance with regulatory and user surge requirements. Additional features include low voltage overshoot, low on-state voltage, and fast response. Littelfuse Px0S3N-A Automotive Grade SIDACtor Thyristors are designed to protect exposed interfaces in industrial and internally commutated thyristor (ICT) applications, such as RS-485 data interfaces or AC and DC power supplies.
