Infineon Technologies PSOC™4100M Arm Microcontrollers

Infineon Technologies PSOC™4100M Arm® Microcontrollers are a family of programmable embedded system controllers with an Arm Cortex™-M0 CPU. These microcontrollers combine programmable and reconfigurable analog and digital blocks with flexible automatic routing. PSOC4100M Arm Microcontrollers have a 24MHz Arm Cortex-M0 CPU with a single-cycle multiply and up to 128kb of flash and read accelerator. These microcontrollers are compatible with members of the PSOC4 platform for applications and design needs. Infineon Technologies PSOC4100M has programmable analog and digital subsystems that allow flexibility and in-field tuning of the design.
