Switching Regulators

ON Semiconductor’s 10amp, high efficiency, DC-DC synchronous buck converters operate from a 4.5 to 13.2V supply, while producing an output as low as 0.8V. Highly efficient integrated switches provide a typical efficiency of >92% and the compact 6.0 x 6.0mm package enables reduced size and increased power density of the power supply. These switching regulators feature an externally compensated transconductance error amplifier, a capacitor programmable soft-start function, and a fixed frequency 275kHz oscillator.
