SML-811 Automotive LEDs

ROHM Semiconductor SML-811 LED series features AEC-Q101 qualified, low-current SMD LEDs in a 1305 package. The SML-811 LEDs have an AIGaInP chip structure and a Water Clear lens. The LEDs operate with a 10mA forward current, 1.95V forward voltage, and 62mW power dissipation in the -40 to 85°C temperature range. Designed for the 590nm-620nm wavelength, the SML-811 LEDs are available in red, orange, and yellow versions with a luminous intensity rating of 22.4mcd or 28mcd.
