SQS Connectors

JST Connectors SQS Connectors are high-performance squib connectors designed specifically for airbag systems. These connectors offer an intelligent Connector Position Assurance (CPA) mechanism that ensures connector locking, detects incomplete mating, and simultaneously releases short circuits. The SQS connectors feature terminal construction that protects the contact points from deformation during wire harness processing. These connectors utilize a shunt ring that prevents scooping (kojiri) damage during insertion and removal. The SQS connectors include integrated ferrite cores that provide effective noise suppression. These connectors are designed for airbag applications with an applicable wire size of 0.3mm² to 0.5mm² and are compliant with the ELV and RoHS standards.
