STBR3008-Y & STBR6008-Y Bridge Rectifier Diodes

STMicroelectronics STBR3008-Y and STBR6008-Y Bridge Rectifier Diodes are AEC-Q101 qualified, making them ideal for primary bridges used in automotive battery chargers. These STMicroelectronics 800V 30A (STBR3008-Y) and 60A (STBR6008-Y) devices feature a low forward voltage drop and ultra-low leakage current and are guaranteed in operation at junction temperatures from -40°C up to +175°C. The low forward voltage of the STBR3008-Y and STBR6008-Y Diodes can lead to lower application power consumption and operating temperature. This important thermal stress reduction increases the reliability of heavy-duty applications such as on-board chargers, charging stations, and renewable energy converters. The STBR3008-Y and STBR6008-Y Bridge Rectifier Diodes are offered in a DO-247 ECOPACK®2 package.
