RP2060/RP4060 Active Voltage Rail Probes

Teledyne LeCroy RP2060/RP4060 Active Voltage Rail Probes offer up to 4GHz bandwidth, ±60V offset capability, and a 50kΩ DC input impedance. These devices are designed to probe low-impedance DC power/voltage rails and feature low attenuation and noise. This is accomplished because the probe attenuation is a nominal 1.2x coupled to the oscilloscope at DC 50Ω, keeping additive noise to a minimum. The RP4060 probe provides 4GHz of bandwidth for power integrity characterization of high-performance computing and embedded systems, while the RP2060 offers the same excellent noise and loading performance in a 2GHz probe.
