TBU®-DT High-Speed Protectors

Bourns TBU®-DT High-Speed Protectors feature very low capacitance to protect against faults caused by short circuits, AC power cross, lightning surges, and induction. These dual unidirectional protectors will trip in less than 1µs when the current reaches the maximum value in one direction only. After the surge, these protectors will reset when the voltage falls to the Vreset level. Bourns TBU-DT protectors are ideal for general electronics and ethernet ports.
