LVB1560 / LVB2560 Bridge Rectifiers
Vishay General Semiconductor LVB1560 and LVB2560 Single-Phase Single In-Line Bridge Rectifiers in a GSIB-5S package feature a forward voltage drop down to 0.73V at +125°C and a high forward surge current capability. The LVB1560 offers a current rating of 15A and VF drop down to 0.73V at 7.5A while the LVB2560 features a current rating of 25A and VF drop down to 0.76V at 12.5A. The low VF of these devices reduces power loss for increased power efficiency and energy savings.
