Qorvo QPA0009D DC 55GHz Medium Power Amplifier is a broadband MMIC medium power distributed amplifier (MPA). The QPA0009D operates over the DC to 55GHz bandwidth. The QPA0009D is ideal for EW and communications systems where small sizes and low power consumption is needed. The broadband amplifier delivers 11dB of gain with a corresponding output 1dB compression point of +18dBm and OIP3 of +31dBm at 30GHz. The QPA0009D is a 50Ohm-matched design and is the perfect alternative to costly hybrid amplifiers.
