SMART7 PROFET™+2 12V Daughter Boards

Infineon Technologies SMART7 PROFET™+2 12V Daughter Boards have one high-side switch. They are optimized for design flexibility across the family through pin-to-pin and external component compatibility. The PROFET™ 12V daughter boards offer a very low output leakage current of ≤0.5μA and a current sense accuracy of ≤5%. The protection features include current tripping, over-temperature, and over-voltage. These daughter boards are ideal for lighting, power distribution, and body applications.
